  1. Even the disabled ? Russia is starting to sound like Germany in 45...desperate for manpower. Even willing to kill its economy to find bodies it can use to defend the land they have now. But Putin has little choice except to carry on no matter what. The Overton window for his imperial ambitions is already closing. It will take another 20 yrs before Russia could rebuilt its economy and military enough to be a real threat to anyone. Russia's biggest problem is a negative birth rate. The same issue China has. The same problem many countries are facing.
