This clearly shows how bad the situation is getting for Russia. Forced conscription doesn't create effective military forces. Weapon systems have become to complex for amateurs.

Yes, Ukraine needs to reduce its dependence on other countries as much as possible. Ukraine will be a great addition to the EU and NATO when the time comes.
14
Russia may take several generations to recover from this war.
13
That's one thing about being a dictator. They are hard to replace. Once they are gone, the house they built usually falls apart.
10
Putin sure is on a losing streak. Everything he does backfires spectacularly.
8
Don't ever forget that so many gave their lives and health too make this possible. And not just the fighters. Hopefully, this will be the last time Ukraine has too be rebuilt due to war and political ambitions. They have been abused for generations and really do deserve to live in peace.
7
Unrealitic expectations is always a problem with power hungry elites. Isn't that right Elon.
7
I hear that job vacancies in Russia are up 35%. He cant keep both the economy and the war running at the same time.
5
@sowitandhopeitgrows I am sure he will try to spin it that way. As one russian woman put it... "You have taken our sons, brothers, fathers, uncles and cousins. We have nothing left to give "
3
@rossclarke211 We sure do love our imaginary friends. I know, this god is real. Not at all like the other 300,000 gods we claimed existed over our history. And it just happens to validate the fiction of our cultural superiority. How convenient. Fear the god that loves you unconditionally... with conditions.
3
Russia is getting a taste of modern western style warfare and it tastes like defeat. 😁
3
Millions to do what ?
3
With the history between Estonia and Russia. I am surprised russians are even allowed to live in the country much less vote. Its only been 34 years since they escaped russian control. So the concern is valid. The west is preparing for a war with Russia to prevent a war with Russia. But Russia won't be ready for another conflict for at least 10 years after Ukraine.
3
Things will only get worse for Russia if they stay on their current course.
3
Since according to Putin Wagner doesn't exist. And since they are currently training Belarusian troops. Any attack on Poland would have to be approved by and actively supported by the government and military of Belarus. Which i can't see happening under the current conditions. Belarus would want to maintain plausible deniability of any actions Wagner might do. I sure hope Belarus isn't under the delusion that those russian nukes are protection from retaliation if they decide to get involved. It sure hasn't helped Russia.
3
@stekeel6993 NATO is a strictly defensive agreement. Years of international cooperation had reduced the need for strong borders. Putin has started a new cold war. One that like the soviet union before him is a self-destructive isolationist ego trip.
3
@barok7428 Of course they get to decide their future. And run the war the way they need to.
2
@kukulroukul4698 Apparently, cold war tactics isn't going too work against modern equipment and tactics.😁 The separatists are being bled dry. Their best forces are long gone. Only desperation remains. Now it's only a matter of time and before they have nothing left to fight with.
2
Russia is literally burying it's future with every grave they fill.
2
Of course ! Everyone is doing it wrong... except you. Hmmm ! Which is what you would expect if it is all created by a bunch of over active egos with a desire for power. While using interpitation to stand out in the crowded field of competing theologies. Unfortunately you can't sue a religion for false advertising.
2
What would you do in that case ? 1) would you call it a day and go home. 2) attempt to hold the ground forever. 3) keep going until you are sure that the beast will never rise again in your lifetime. And burn everything to rhe ground. I'm betting on 3.
2
It must be pretty bad when they are going to prayer to help them.
2
It seems like the rats are trying to take advantage of the distractions.
2
Well i liked Poland's response... Sent them...there will be no surviors.
2
We wouldn't have this problem if people didn't eat it up. Unfortunately, even obvious lies gets more attention than the truth.
2
@AstroGremlinAmerican 😁
1
NATO has to be actually attacked for article 5 to be activated. These actions don't qualify. If war does start, Belarus would have to fire the first shots. Leaving no doubt on who started the conflict. And justifying any response taken.
1
@Mike-zx1kx While i agree with your previous comment, your solutions take time. We will be using fossil fuels for yrs. You can't change the world overnight.
1
@FunnyBunny-pd5xx Sure ! But what do you mean by TAKE ?
1
Ukraine didn't start the war. Europe didn't start the war. Russia started the war. Russia didn't believe the west could aid Ukraine in time. A very bad mistake on Putin's part. Russia hasn't lost this much men and material since ww2. It's logistics are the joke of the entire planet. It's navy and airforces are afraid to come out and play. And it's ground forces are reduced to undertrained conscripts with a gun in their back.
1
@michaelwilson9921 Russia is the one who discarded the agreements when their control of Crimea and by extention the black sea was threatened. And Putin has made it clear that this won't stop at Ukraine. Which makes stopping them here a priority to prevent a war with NATO.
1
@chriscalderin6677 Putin wasn't interested in peace until he was losing. The west isn't going to push for peace until Putin is begging on his knees.
1
Plan B ? They are down too plan D for desperate. This isn't a war for the survival of Russia. It's a war too make Putin's impossible dream ruin his country for generations. Their losses in combat have always been unsustainably high. This war is no different. How many generations of Russians have too suffer from their militaries incompetence ? Outdated logistics, tactics and totally corrupt gov have done more damage too the Russian military than an enemy ever could.
1
@noconspiracytheoriesplease.745 At this point it's still a slap in Putin's face, I mean ego. I am still sticking to the truck bomb option. Mainly because it would be the most embarrassing option.
1
So Netanyahu's attempt to become king is on a temporary hold ?
1
Green screen ?
1
If the information on Putin's health is true. There may be a change in leadership in the near future.
1
@ibpsupplyman I could see them blowing up something not so critical. Risk cutting off their main route into the southern front. That's just too far. Ukraine is, by the Russians account, already on Russian soil. And already in an active war. So helping the enemy doesn't sound realistic.
1
@ibpsupplyman So Russia crippled their remaining main supply route so they can blame Ukraine ?
1
@2gointruth Cute ! "...and atheism...". You can also find scripture that gives the exact opposite opinion. That's how the Bible works. It will tell you what you want it to. Faith and personal certainty isn't evidence. It's just an excuse for a failure in credibility. Circular reasoning doesn't create reality. But it will build you the one you want every time l. Special pleading has never made a god exist. With over 30,000 examples of it not working...a 100% failure rate. But the musings of your ancient culture must be given special consideration. Why ?
1
You aline with Hamas you will get the shaft. If Isreal had targeted that hospital there would be just a hole where it used to be.
1
Russia isn't going to pay. This is the only way to ensure Russia pays to rebuild Ukraine.
1
@eh1702 The only issue is that the damage shows that it was on the bridge, not under it.
1
@diedampfbrasse98 I have too agree. Russia has a long history of exploiting its population. With their aging population and low birthrate making the losses even more damaging to their country.
1
I really have no sympathy for anone who thinks moving to Putins Russia is a great idea. Putin is stripping the country to the bone. The young men they desperately need is being sacrificed for nothing.
1
That they were able too pull this off from the Russian side is what is so interesting. It got past their entire security and intelligence systems. Forcing them divert even more resources too protecting vital military structures inside Russia. There seems to be a lot of careless smokers in Russia lately. 😁
1
@FunnyBunny-pd5xx With help they surely will.
1
@kukulroukul4698 That's true. We have been fighting against mostly poorly arned insurgents. So this is the first real test of modern warfare against a world power. Even if it's on such a small scale, the results speak for itself.
1
Russian military : your job is too advance and draw enemy fire. Then we will kill them. It's that simple If you survive, you get too do it again.
1
The value of Russian of gas and oil exports are down by 65%. The ruble is practially worthless. Foreign investment is nearly zero. Yep, it's all sunshine and roses.
