  1. @Nefanbeb Reghad since neither Ian or the gun's did that, I would have to assume that the "safety pin" doesn't completely clear the breach, and so the rim can't fall past it. Once the shell falls out of the barrel and tilts that may prevent the barrel from being replaced to push the safety down far enough to clear the rim.
