  1. I don't think it's even professional for the pilot to approach nor address such a creature when he would have saw her a mile away. There is zero reason to engage a crazy woman like her. What does he expect to accomplish best case senario? She says fine and pulls out a light jacket? Ok, but she is insane you want that woman to even get on the flight? No you don't. There is zero reason for the pilot to engage her and stoop to her level.
