  3.  @daveadrian492  Your hypothetical holds little weight compared to my argument. Common sense should tell you that. It's called cause and effect. You don't bring up down stream effects you bring up what caused it all. Which in this case the the repeated criminal behavior of the man that died from a resulting accident of his active crime of resisting arrest.
