  4. Of course they investigated. The point is his story doesn't even add up. If his breaks failed then why didn't he use the runaway off ramp tax payers paid millions to be built just for this situation? He was likely on drugs.

Think of this as him doing it four times, four deaths. Inside Edition presented this case at the start like it was nothing when clearly he was at fault. He was probably on drugs.
