  1. There is no question of a deal over Anne Sacoolas because Andrew is not being charged with a criminal offence .What he is facing is a Civil Suit being pursued by his accuser for money. The reason Andrew has not gone to the USA to speak to the FBI is that he is not able to supply any information particularly as Epstein is deceased in suspicious circumstances .
