@Exanto777 Keir Starmer is a conscientious man with huge responsibilities and if he did not occasionally look worried or concerned then I would be troubled . You can't really win as Politician and it is amusing to look at the fairly recent past when Tony Blair was criticised for his smiling face while his successor was blasted for his dour demeanour. I think being involved in Politics is a mugs game because fellow human beings are consistently unreasonable .

@rogerbennett9641 I believe Mrs Thatcher was a very divisive Prime Minister with her schemes for buying votes for example selling off Council houses at a discount .A great deal of our current problems can be attributed to her short term thinking .The Earl of Stockton had it right when he said " She has sold the family silver".

@tappym9141 I do not think you are fair to criticise Keir Starmer as he handled the terrible riot situation in a calm and measured manner. The behaviour of Israel in recent months is not wholly acceptable to me and I think the U K government may be critical of the rising death toll in private.
