He is prejudiced against the Press because he thinks his mother's death was caused by Press Photographers . The truth is that the car used by Diana was unsafe and the driver employed by the Ritz Hotel was not completely sober .

@nidiamoreno1997 If she had worn a seat belt the Doctors suggest she would have survived. I understand the vehicle was in such a poor state that the seat belts were not functioning .

The problem was both William and Catherine 's Mobile phones were hacked repeatedly and they were offered about a million pounds in settlement .H 's phone was hacked too but the hacking was minimal compared to his elder brother and Catherine and he was offered £100, 000 .H turned down the offer and did not take any further legal action until 2021 when a new lawyer suggested he did have a case. The money awarded to William and Catherine was donated to charity namely the Invictus Games .

@christineduffy3113 The technical report was not prepared by me .I understand the car which was normally available to guests of the Ritz would not start and the hotel hired the vehicle because Diana decided she did not want to stay the night .

@christineduffy3113 I agree it was a tragic decision and so unnecessary given that she only wanted to pick up a couple of gifts for her sons from Dodi's apartment .
