  1. ​ @MrsBadger They claimed to have planned an escape for greater privacy and financial independence and there is evidence that MM was negotiating with Netflix and other U S Companies before they left the U K for Canada . I do not know how the mind of a narcissus works and it is possible that they expected H M the Queen to beg them to stay and to make all sorts of concessions to persuade them .I am delighted to observe that she did not bother and while wishing them well was clearly untroubled by their departure.

  3. ​ @VelmaStephenson I wouldn't trust him to perform any duties and MM was a disaster first time round . The only solution is to cast them away to a Desert Island in the Pacific Ocean where they can have a good old moan about H's family and the difficulty of passing the Citizenship test . I do not think they should ever be rescued as they are neither use nor ornament.
