Boris's problem was and is that he can't control his baser instincts .In addition he has a desire to be loved which means he throws parties in lockdown and shakes hands with people during lockdown thus risking the spread of infection .You will remember Boris was in intensive care with a serious Covid problem.

@jacobcohen9205 It is my understanding that when the UK was a member of the EU important legislation had to be approved by the British Parliament .Are you suggesting laws were imposed when the British government did not approve them ?
