His real crime was being a close friend of Epstein and his family had no choice but to exclude him from his patronage etc .I firmly believe that Andrew is foolish and probably very entitled but he does not deserve the opprobrium he has had in recent years.

  31.  @Bean5prout  I think investigating Epsteins Island ought to be undertaken by the U S authorities as Epstein was a U S citizen and there are many prominent Americans who have visited it. The only U K passport holders associated with Epstein are Ghislaine Maxwell and Prince Andrew but there may be others I do not know about. Why should there be a formal list of visitors when it was a private venue for Epstein and his guests ? Only the U S A has the resources to investigate and it is possible a decision has been made that further enquiries are not required.

  33. Most of the young women involved with Epstein were not victims but regarded their activities as a way to earn money . Virginia chose Andrew only because his mother was a Queen and the exposure was an embarrassment to her .
