  9.  @Kirby467-sk2hs  You obviously do not understand the nature of evidence .In this particular case the Jury accepted Ms Carroll's statement despite the lack of supporting material. Clearly Trump and his lawyers did not succeed in persuading the Jury that she was mad or that her imagination was playing tricks on her .I do not know if a superior Court can overturn the decision but we will see.

  13. She did the right thing rather late in the day by taking legal action against him. Her evidence in Court was accepted and there is no slander or defamation.

I think everyone will agree that what Donald did next was crazy namely leave the Court and indulge himself by calling out his opponent .
