@startracker5895 He certainly did not coast through School or the Army because he failed a number of tests and could not be promoted. The reason he left the Army was his inability to pass those tests .

You can have all the therapy in the World but it does not change the fundamental person and we do know that H is addicted to Cannabis which is legal in California .
