@paulvsmith We have taken a politicians self appraisal as the truth too many times for example Blair, Cameron and Johnson.Why don't we ask for independent appraisals of prospective leaders before casting our vote .I am not suggesting 100% success for this method but we might have a better chance of success. Johnson track record of living his life might have given some clues as to his reliability.
