  1.  @neilbadger4262  You really must not judge people just because you are suspicious about their honesty . I don't actually think it matters what you and I think about someone like Huw Edwards but I think a little bit of compassion is welcome particularly at really difficult moments.

  5. I think you need to look back at earlier posts which reveal Huw has been having mental health problems for 20 years .

  7. @heliosmov the young person denied there was any truth to his mother's complaint .The Police accepted that his mother had been mistaken .

  9.  @politicallyincorrect5802  Some people leap on a bandwagon and some people are afraid to speak up .Obviously Huw Edwards had no management responsibilities but it appears he did annoy some of his colleagues somehow .We will no doubt learn more .

  11.  @viscountengland7826  I think he did not know how his behaviour affected others. When you are mentally ill you don't actually take account of other people and that includes family, friends and colleagues. I gather the colleagues who have complained are concerned about threats rather than behaviour .

  12. @rascalap2968 I think Huw was seen by the BB C Managers as a safe pair of hands. I believe his off camera behaviour was not noticed by anyone and has probably been a shock to all his colleagues .

  14.  @malcolmturton9779  Sorry but his wife has confirmed that Huw has been mentally ill for 20 years .I do not think that excuses him in any way but this diagnosis has not been dreamt up overnight . I do think that the motives of the Sun are suspect as are those of the Mother and Step father . As for the other complaints now being made I think it is easy to kick a man when he is down.

  16. Perhaps you do not know that there are employment rights which most employers respect .The B B C has not made much progress in investigating even one complaint but people rush to judgement which is very disturbing.
