Much of the property in Kensington is foreign owned but via Limited Companies which makes it difficult to trace the origin of the funds used for the purchase.

On no it isn't. Putin and his horrible Cabal deserve to be dealt with in a manner Ivan the Terrible or Peter the Great would have approved.

@andrewburman9469 I think there are rich Russians in Cyprus ,France and Spain .I imagine Vlad himself uses his super yacht where the sun shines in winter.

@helenswan705 No one ever said the Russians are unintelligent or badly advised. Some of the World's best chess players are Russian after all.

@andrewburman9469 Plenty of Russians in Cyprus and the South of France .Possible the Russians are also in Spain but I am not 100 % certain and of course Monaco always welcomes people with money.

@Andrew There is no evidence of money laundering in most cases. The UK laws are framed on the basis of evidence not suspicion .

@Veeger Boris has probably used the report to mop up wine he has spilt . I agree London is known to be a great place for laundering money .Unfortunately I do not think dealing with this is high priority to a British government of any party.
