  26.  @aryahmed413 We do not need a Russia or a Putin in this World .We all rely on each other whether it be coping with a pandemic , climate change or military aggression. Ukraine is not a member of N ATO or the EU and Russia has brought about a military engagement on a let us pretend basis. The truth of the matter is Putin wants to take over the oil , gas , minerals and agricultural land belonging to Ukraine which makes him a thief. India should act as an honest broker arranging talks and persuading Putin he is not going to get away with larceny on this scale. It is not helpful at this stage for India to cosy up to the tyrant and I do not think it is in the long term interest of the country to do that.
