His blasé attitude to killing human beings is similar to his support for his wife's bullying of members of staff in London, Canada and California .Her conduct in Australia is of course another example of bullying people she regards as inferior .

  13.  @MRW515  The Politicians do not ignore you but they are hamstrung by the failure of International Law .I can only suggest that the United Nations be invited to discuss how the unprecedented movement of people can be reduced. The Wars of recent years have not helped and it is in everyone's interests to reduce conflicts in Palestine , Africa , Ukraine etc but Climate Change is another huge issue .

  24.  @janebain2941  I have travelled around London as a child , as a teenager and as an adult .You do have to be alert at all times but I have always found it very safe .Sorry you are finding the City threatening but honestly if you are sensible you have nothing to be afraid of particularly in your own locality .Please do not be reluctant to ask for help as people can be remarkably generous .

The Politicians are having difficulty coping with an increasingly violent and complex World and I do not think it is helpful to criticise the Labour Government who have only just taken office after 14 years when the country had to cope with a divided Conservative Party , Brexit, Covid, Climate Change and war in Ukraine plus war in Palestine . The Politicians actually deserve support and sympathy rather than constant complaints.

The previous system sentenced a substantial proportion of children to a substandard education .After the second World War there was a commitment from the Labour Government to technical Schools which was a good idea but the return to power of the Conservatives seemed to mark the death knell to that initiative.

  45.  @debfluffy  Getting your telephone out in the street is silly and can cause accidents as well as helping thieves .I have seen young mothers talking on their telephones and ignoring the baby or babies . Often they are so engrossed in the conversation they mow down other pedestrians.

  47. @debfluffy  Honestly every time I am out shopping I see the same thing and believe mobile phone addiction is real . Perhaps if the owners knew the risks they are running the phones would be safely placed in a cross body bag and would never be used in the street .
