  6.  @justinhenry8995  The tax system raises the cash needed by the U S government to meet public expenditure .In a Democratic country the electors should decide what public expenditure and tax proposals are acceptable and the government can then enact the laws needed to bring the proposals into operation.

  7. If the taxpayer runs an international business then foreign bank accounts are likely to be used for convenience .Most international business is run through companies and company losses can't be claimed by an individual. Trumps Returns need auditing because they don't make sense.
