B. - Don't forget that youtube was born as a free platform for users to upload their own works (this is the meaning of "you" along with the word "tube" which means "broadcast" you-broadcast) and not to relay copyrighted material made from others, you can keep posting whatever you want (it's not totalitarianism or censorship) but not movies or music videos made by someone else, otherwise you have to pay a tax.
