  1. Since USA is a country made by European colonists it's obvious that Columbus was the one who made Europe know that land, that's the reason for being Columbus considered who "discovered" it. The indigenous people, the "500 nations", can celebrate the holiday for being those who invaded that land 13.000 years ago from Asia.
