Train to be a coward. In the use of force course the phrase"I was in fear of my life"is drilled into their head. Make up whatever excuse you need to justify that on your report after.The police are two and a half times more likely to kill an unarmed citizen or someone in handcuffs in their custody than to have a citizen kill them.

Any normal civilian would have been arrested but law enforcement employees are held the such a low standard and get a slap on the wrist. They act like this is such an admirable thing that the command staff took it to the review board and this psychopath Blue line douchebag was fired. Anyone in the general public would have been arrested immediately and they would have conducted their investigation while Joe citizen was in jail. They don't want to be too hard on the short fused power tripping douchebag they fired because they don't want to hurt the feelings the rest of the Blue line clowns.

@SusanKay- police have terrible training. It doesn't matter if they are human or dogs. They all think they're special forces but most of them are little better than Keystone cops. Glorified meter maids. They rarely solve crimes but generate a lot of revenue for the government.
