@Xaiborg an untrained person might not think to shoot through cover but anyone with even mediocre should know to shoot through cover. Most police officers spend too much time trying to memorize the phrase"I was in fear of my life". Most important thing they learn, everything else is a distant second.

@thecomrade1196 They were all at the same range and yet the 2 sober police officers can't take down 1 drunk guy but the drunk guy who couldn't even take one step without falling down on his field sobriety test is able to take out 2 government law enforcement employees.
