  1. It's worse than inviting a criminal. Most criminals don't come with belts packed with weapons. The police are trained to think that anyone from a small child to an old lady could be a secret Ninja waiting to kill them. In their use of deadly force classes the phrase"I was in fear of my life" is drilled into their heads. Then make up any excuse on their report to support that.
