  3. The threats are being made by the law enforcement employees and the concerns are that the government goon squad is going to be heavy-handed and non-peaceful. Dressed up like commandos pretending they're behind enemy at lines but they're not. They are attacking peacefully protesting unarmed civilians. The blue line of douchebaggery earning the hate everyday.
