@123321ps there is nothing special about chips that money cant buy. i started my career in manufacturing and we needed a top engineer. so we hijacked a french from a competitor, double his salary and paid for all his taxes. note this was the era of francois hollande. in 5 years we set up an entire plant by developing the technology in-house with slight modifications. remember the golden rule: all hardware can be reverse engineered. @terribrad24 you only need the tech - which can be accomplished by reverse engineering and hijacking talents. capacity (thats where your supposed 96% comes in) can be bought with money. explaining how things work in my previous post is the way i transfer knowledge to lesser peers.

@SeelkadoomSonicBlack taiwan didnt even have free elections until the 90s and it was a military junta before that 😆😆😆 there is no 'ideology', the current taiwan exist because a military dictator tucked tail and ran like a dog, getting help from yet another foreigner to invade their own people. you think Sun Yat Sen, the guy with pictures in every taiwan classroom, would like the idea of yet another western interference on chinese soil??
