@jarjarbinks3193 you obviously have never lived in the us nor understand the rationale behind metros. eat less 🐮💩 and let me teach you something: 1. most american cities have great urban planning with wide roads and property built on grids. thats why car is the most preferred mode of transport. 2. for metros to be feasible the population density needs to be high, discretionary spending of the general population needs to be sufficient and the "last mile" needs to be relatively uncongested. few living beyond a 5 mile radius of the station would find it convenient both in cost & time to use the metro. 😅 it's generally considered a bad investment for any infrastructure to have a payback of more than 40 years. btw 🐮💩 brain, trains incur operating costs so dont just use revenue as the sole measure of payback. get a proper education.
