  1.  @catana.2927  quit whining. all major countries are part of a cartel in at least one commodity. venezuela had to sell their oil $12 cheaper (and russia $25) because of the sanctions. these and the invasions particularly on the middle east are all about oil. the arabs have been bending over so they deserve every penny.
