ukraine had poland moldova etc as safe entry ground points for weapons supply. how much "discount" will taiwan get from its weapon supply with chinese naval blockades on each flank?

had every region be allowed independence based on self-determination, ukraine wouldnt be at war and italy france spain uk would have lost large swaths of land. declaring all forms of secession as illegal made the ukrainians think they are special.

oppose to taking taiwan by force, keep selling weapons to taiwan ..... perhaps the chinese should start weaponising separatist movements in france spain italy uk to make a point because clearly logic doesnt work.

@deadinside2342 an economic blockade would have destroyed taiwan from within albeit it would take some time for china to scale a domestic chip industry of their own (psstt chips are easy to reverse engineer) before doing that. never mind the inflation, taiwan wouldnt have the raw materials to make those chips. even basic needs such as water would be a scarcity once china take punitive measures by seeding clouds within their own boundaries. 😅😅

@deadinside2342 the mainland's primary wish is to reunify, not to colonise and plunder resources under the disguise of fair trade like whats currently happening in iraq & libya. they have no interest in bleeding taiwan dry to benefit the mainland. tell me .... if you are china, would you wait until taiwan gets more weapons before getting them to fall in?
