@cyjjn not really. you are just too brainwashed to realise some people prefer stability over perceived freedom. america has so many rules for relatively mundane stuff with so many stakeholders each vying for their own interests. nothing showcases the effectiveness of order than covid19 with the best performing countries resorting to draconian measures. people who have lived under multiple systems know both democracy and dictatorship have variants -- that a fragmented democracy will fare much worse than a benevolent dictatorship, that massive corruption exist in both systems and eradication depends on the will of the establishment.

@wesh388 you wouldnt be writing this if you know how the world works. no other country imposes sanctions for domestic affairs and builds 600+ known & unknown military bases all over the world other than the us. place any country under a microscope and you are bound to find lots of dirt. few other country has for centurirs made animosity towards other countries their social glue.
