@darnit1944 if you follow the news everyday, you would have known the un recently admitted ukraine place military installations in residence areas and even camped snipers in hospitals while the russians reported this from the beginning of the war.

@darnit1944 im not privy to ukranian intelligence but logic tells me firing a dozen missiles costing at least $1 million each isnt worth the 9 or so lives taken each session. russia could have fragged more civilians by offering a $50,000 reward for a desperate or terminally-ill local to light up a diner.
