  1.  @riskinhos  No country in the world flies prisoners of war anywhere. Why would they? Prisoners are exchanged in busses, and marched everywhere else.

  2. Prisoners of war DO NOT get flown around any where at any rank. they use busses in Russia to take exchange prisoners to their destination. NO matter what rank they will be marched most of the way by the Russians.
