@24vegweg57 Russia are there by the 1945 UN agreement and Russia has to pay the debt of the USSR and the national debt of the Tzar. Which by the way Putin has reneged on.

@dangerman01582 OK Geopolitical Genius answer this then, it is easy to answer as well, and I am not a political genius just someone who has an opinion like ALL MP's!! Who decided where the demarcation point between North and South Korea should be? As in Which two countries and why did the UN use that agreement to end the Korean war?

@falconid6675 The country's that can vet are the USA, The UK, France, and China. Then it is up to the temporary members of the Security council. The 4 I named are permanent members of the security ciouncil, though Russia may not be one for much longer!!
