  2. Liberia and Ethiopia were never colonized and they some of the worst countries in Africa. Also Ethiopia is in East Africa so you can't say they were effected by the European slave trade. Stop scape-goating other wealthier ethnicities for your problems. That's what keeps messing up African countries. It happened in Liberia, it happened in Uganda, it happened in Zimbabwe, and it happened in Rwanda.

  3. In unregulated capitalism, the only people who get a service are those who can pay for it, so if 1,000 more people get access to electricity, it also means 1000 more people paying into the system. That money will increase the supply with the increased demand.
