  1. It should be $0.00. I live in Texas and even fastfood jobs usually pay $16+. The only job that I saw offered minimum wage was a company that offered to train you in coding for minimum wage for 3 months before shipping you off somewhere for a real job. Plenty of people would take that opportunity for free.
