  3. Erm, what? It's heart breaking that people are in homeless encampments now that homeless encampments are no longer banned? Obviously if they are choosing to live in these encampments, their alternative is worse, and prior to 2019 they were relegated to the worse alternative. This is like the progressives who cry about "slave labor" in sweatshops. Don't pretend this is about your compassion for the homeless, it's your compassion for everyone else that the expense of the homeless. Very disappointed in Fox News here.
