  5.  @ClowderOf3 . ‘Profits way up’ means a 12% profit margin instead of a 10% profit margin. If it was all about profit prices would only be increasing by a few percent.

  8. Oh sure, and people are just greedier in New York and California than my home state of Texas, where I can still get a meal for under 10 dollars, that makes sense.
