Yeah, god forbid we give someone a light sentence for a victimless crime. Nobody in the world is insane enough to believe a 15 year old would be traumatized by sexting. Why don't you stop playing dumb and pretending you don't realize the difference between legal and biological adulthood?

@Jay_Sullivan Precisely my point. When you say "technically" you imply it is a point that serves no real relevance. I can't imagine the depravity we've have reached when puberty is seen as unimportant in issues regarding sex.
