@renelopez8227 I think native speakers will be able to sense that they didn't grow up in Japan because of their very slight accent, facial expression, or body language. Regardless of ancestry, people who grow up in Japan share certain conversational styles and social mannerism. That said, it would be enormously difficult to identify a Japanese accent by country (unless one speaks the language of that country.) Honestly, I have no idea what an Argentine accent in Spanish is like. I've heard Argentine-Spanish has a strong Italian influence due to migration history, but again I have no idea how Italians sounds when speaking Spanish.
