  2. Please don't mix all black people together. A black person from France behaves completely differently from someone from the US. For whatever reason, the French dude I know is perfectly well adjusted to Japanese society.

  3.  @cmoney1629 Japanese police will ask questions (known as "Shokumu Shitsumon") to anyone who looks suspicious or out of place, not just foreigners. Those activities are quite effective in finding criminals as Japanese police very observant about everything. But with regards to Black people, it's usually drugs and illegal immigration they're looking for, particularly from certain African countries. You can tell by how they dress, how they stay in the same place all day, etc.
