  2. It's NOT non-sense, it's based on our collective experience with Brazilians in Japan. All of us grew up watching news of car-jacking, break-ins, looting, shop-lifting, drug-dealing, violence...of Brazilian-nationals. It became so bad Japanese Government had to pay Brazilian-workers in Japan so that they would return to Brazil. There was even a Brazilian murder in Osaka last year too. And overwhelming violence and crimes by US military personnel in Japan is Brown and Black. So they built their own reputation.
