  1. The Africans in Shinjuku Kabukicho either want to sell you something (not good), or scam you to work in places (not so good). Imagine growing up seeing Africans like that in Shinjuku, Chinese like that in Ikebukuro, or Kurds like that in Saitama. Can you understand why we develop stereotypes and feel disgusted by certain people?

  2. The question isn't if Japan is safe for foreign visitors, it's whether Japanese are safe from all these foreign visitors.
