  2. Putin expects NATO to continue its crimping of Ukraine arms supply. Biden is too scared to make any decisions. Harris is unlikely to be better. Trump is on Putin’s side and expected to pull the plug. This obvious question is why does Biden not throw everything into Ukraine while he can? The fact he doesn’t suggests he is no better than Trump. He sends enough to look nice. In reality, he wants Putin to win.
