  1. I don't get her point about access to the local media outside of the area of the origin. As far as I know there is no such a ban on the internet, besides there is vpn for such occasions. I don't expect you need a global broadcast station for a local community?! One thing could be done thou is a channel like Euronews fully dedicated to exploration of local communities, to balance a view that right now is exploited by far right as 'homogenizing Europe'.
