We need to drastically increase number of serious injuries at work on the female side. This is so unfair that men always take the bulk of them while females don't have access to high risk heavy load jobs.

@mipsimips5627 Not much of an argument. Most of guys can do just as good if not better. It is just by accident or sexist selection they end up burning in the fire as a fire fighter or under a tree working in logging industry, or oil rigs..... You would not offer the same jobs to a woman. When we manage to even those numbers, we can start talking about equal pay for equal job. No one should ever start their life at executive position and never need to experience gravity of their decisions.

@mipsimips5627 My boss is a woman, she is a powerhouse, she earns every piece of it. Problem is that 95% of women I know use their femininity as a wildcard in order to push problems over someone else instead trying solving them. In most cases they can always pull back into a house wife role. Men don't often have that option.
