Deportation decision should be taken much faster, especially when they are not capable of providing sufficient information. After such a long time it is truly wrong to send them back.

@meow purr It is not. A divorce comes with division of wealth. To have a divorce you need to be bound by a marital contract. For that you need both parties to say yes. There is no one sided marriage in our culture. If a neighbor beats his wife and kids and they come to you, you can take care about them, and you should. But they should move out as soon as possible, unless they take a divorce and you say yes.
