It was actually the opposite, Russia had control of bakmhut back in January, it was zelensky that wanted it back, so kept sending wave after wave to their death

@1welshman holy sh*t the sheer irony to talk about propoganda after saying that utter rubbish, bakmhut was taken in literally a month, it was only the outskirts that was left, Ukraine was the one that kept sending it's men into a meat grinder because they refused to give up, Russia knew this and allowed the idiots to keep sending men to die, even a Ukrainian commander spoke out about this and was arrested. Also those numbers are bs, actual estimates from NATO are around 40k-100k with about similar for Ukraine, but keep smoking the copium, nevertheless the counter offensive has already started and had multiple failures 😂
