I tried looking past his bullshit for the longest time because he owns one of the largest forums for park/coaster fans, but eventually left because it was enough since he interacted on there himself a lot. A bit before I left I witnessed him have a complete shitfit meltdown because a gay guy said he wouldn't feel comfortable visiting a park because it was in Saudi Arabia.

If you can't afford to have that property without people paying rent for it then you can't afford it period. Nobody's forcing landlords to buy excess property.
