  5. The Ukrainians became vassals since 2014. Bremer knows this. He also knows that US neocons provoked Russia into attacking. At the beginning Europe didn't want the Ukraine war, with the exception of the German Greens. But after a while they started believing their own propaganda. This was did not have to be. The death and destruction was easily avoidable. But the military war was the best way to cut Russia off from the west. Cut off from SWIFT, all western businesses out of Russia, steal $300B of Russian funds. That and 10,000 sanctions was supposed to cause Russia to collapse like it did in 1990. Trump said Zelensky started the war, he really meant Biden started the war. But for Trump, the Ukraine war is costing too much. We (USA) has 36Trillion of debt and that will in the long run destroy America.

  8. Bremmer is careful not to go against any of the current US propaganda points. (we killed 200,000 Iraqis in the 1st year but Xinjian is genocide, We started 7 wars since the fall of eh Soviet Union but China and Russia are out to destabilize other countries etc) But he does add insight to what's happening instead of saying China about to collapse and the people would love for the US to ivade and impose regime change.

  10. US stopped being a real democracy a long time ago. In foreign policy the neocons have ruled both dem/gop for decades. They lost power for a brief time after losing the Vietnam war but that's it. We have a political system that allows unlimited money to be donated to political campaigns without revealing the source. Elected officials are dependent on the big doners. And the donors also control the main stream media as well as much of social media.
